Financial and Performance Monitoring and Reporting. Subrecipient shall comply with the monitoring requirements for a non- Federal entity as set forth in 2 CFR §200.328, which requires the Subrecipient to oversee and monitor activities supported by the Grant to assure compliance with applicable Federal requirements and performance expectations. Further, Subrecipient shall comply with the financial and performance reporting requirements for a non-Federal entity as set forth in 2 CFR §§200.327 to 200.329 and any other reporting requirements that may be promulgated by the Federal awarding agency, CalOES or the City in accordance with such regulations. Such reporting requirements include the provision of any information required for the assessment or evaluation of any activities funded by the Subaward and the reporting of information related to real property in which the Federal government retains an interest. Subrecipient acknowledges that the City, as a “pass-through entity,” may make various findings, determinations, evaluations and reports regarding Subrecipient and its use of Subaward funds, as set forth in 2 CFR §§200.330 to 200.332. In accordance with such regulations, Subrecipient shall comply with, and timely grant to the City and its auditors, any monitoring requests, requests for on-site access to facilities, equipment and personnel, and requests for any other information as may be authorized under such regulations. Subrecipient shall also timely grant to the City and its auditors access to Subrecipient’s records and financial statements as required under 2 CFR §200.331(a)(5). In addition, Subrecipient shall comply with any conditions that may be placed upon Subrecipient as part of the City’s risk evaluation of Subrecipient under 2 CFR §200.331(b).

  • Monitoring and Reporting The Programme Operator shall monitor, record and report on progress towards the programme’s outcomes in accordance with the provisions contained in the legal framework. The Programme Operator shall ensure that suitable and sufficient monitoring and reporting arrangements are made with the project promoters in order to enable the Programme Operator and the National Focal Point to meet its obligations to the Donors. When reporting on progress achieved in Annual and Final Programme Reports, the Programme Operator shall disaggregate results achieved as appropriate and in accordance with instructions received from the FMO.

  • Security for Performance In the event that Exhibit A Section 4 indicates the need for Consultant to provide additional security for performance of its duties under this Agreement, Consultant shall provide such additional security prior to commencement of its Required Services in the form and on the terms prescribed on Exhibit A, or as otherwise prescribed by the City Attorney.

  • Portfolio Expense and Performance Data The Trust shall provide such data regarding each Portfolio’s expense ratios and investment performance as the Company shall reasonably request, to facilitate the registration and sale of the Variable Contracts. Without limiting the generality of the forgoing, the Trust shall provide the following Portfolio expense and performance data on a timely basis to facilitate the Company’s preparation of its annually updated registration statement for the Variable Contracts (and as otherwise reasonably requested by the Company), but in no event later than 10 calendar days after the close of each Portfolio’s fiscal year: (a) The gross “Annual Portfolio Company Expenses” for each Portfolio calculated in accordance with Item 3 of Form N-1A, before any expense reimbursements or fee waiver arrangements (and in accordance with (i) Instruction 16 to Item 4 of Form N-4, and (ii) Instruction 4(a) to Item 4 of Form N-6); (b) The net “Annual Portfolio Company Expenses” (aka “Total Annual Fund Operating Expenses”) for each Portfolio calculated in accordance with Item 3 of Form N-1A, that include any expense reimbursements or fee waiver arrangements (and in accordance with (i) Instruction 17 to Item 4 of Form N-4, (ii) Instruction 4 to Item 17 of Form N-4, (iii) Instruction 4(b) to Item 4 of Form N-6, and (iv) Instruction 4 to Item 18 of Form N-6), and the period for which the expense reimbursements or fee waiver arrangement is expected to continue and whether it can be terminated by the Portfolio (or Fund); and (c) The “Average Annual Total Returns” for each Portfolio (before taxes) as calculated pursuant to Item 4(b)(2)(iii) of Form N-1A (for the 1, 5, and 10 year periods, and in accordance with (i) Instruction 7 to Item 17 of Form N-4, and (ii) Instruction 7 to Item 18 of Form N-6).

  • Project Monitoring Reporting and Evaluation The Recipient shall furnish to the Association each Project Report not later than forty-five (45) days after the end of each calendar semester, covering the calendar semester.

  • Financial Reporting and Rent Rolls Each Mortgage Loan requires the Mortgagor to provide the owner or holder of the Mortgage Loan with (a) quarterly (other than for single-tenant properties) and annual operating statements, (b) quarterly (other than for single-tenant properties) rent rolls (or maintenance schedules in the case of Mortgage Loans secured by residential cooperative properties) for properties that have any individual lease which accounts for more than 5% of the in-place base rent, and (c) annual financial statements.

  • Quarterly Contractor Performance Reporting Customers shall complete a Contractor Performance Survey (Exhibit I) for each Contractor on a Quarterly basis. Customers will electronically submit the completed Contractor Performance Survey(s) to the Department Contract Manager no later than the due date indicated in Contract Exhibit D, Section 17, Additional Special Contract Conditions. The completed Contractor Performance Survey(s) will be used by the Department as a performance-reporting tool to measure the performance of Contractors. The Department reserves the right to modify the Contractor Performance Survey document and introduce additional performance-reporting tools as they are developed, including online tools (e.g. tools within MyFloridaMarketPlace or on the Department's website).

  • Payment and Performance Bond Prior to the execution of this Contract, City may require Contractor to post a payment and performance bond (Bond). The Bond shall guarantee Contractor’s faithful performance of this Contract and assure payment to contractors, subcontractors, and to persons furnishing goods and/or services under this Contract.

  • Continuity of Service and Performance Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Parties shall continue to provide service and honor all other commitments under this Agreement during the course of a Dispute with respect to all matters not subject to such Dispute.
