Financial Experience. Subscriber, by reason of his, her or its business or financial experience or by reason of the business or financial experience of his, her or its 4 financial advisor is capable of evaluating the risks and merits of an investment in the Shares and of protecting his, her or its own interests in connection with this investment.
Financial Experience. Holder has such knowledge and experience in financial and business matters as to be capable of evaluating the merits and risks of an investment in the Securities and it is able to bear the economic risk of loss of its entire investment.

By reason of Consultant's business or financial experience, or the business or financial experience of Consultant's professional advisor who is not affiliated with or compensated by Peabodys, Consultant has the capacity to evaluate adequately the merits and risks of, and protect its own interests in connection with, this investment;
Financial Experience. Pfizer has such knowledge and experience in business and financial matters so as to enable it to understand and evaluate the risks of Pfizer's investment in the Shares and form an investment decision with respect thereto.

Such Holder has such knowledge and experience in financial and business matters as to be capable of evaluating the merits and risks of an investment in the Amended and Restated Debentures, the Consideration Shares, the Additional Warrants and the Warrant Shares (collectively, the "Securities") and it is able to bear the economic risk of loss of its entire investment.
Financial Experience. The Rightsholder represents and warrants that by reason of Rightsholder’s business or financial experience, Rightsholder has the capacity to protect Rightsholder’s own interests in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
