Financial Management and Administration. 1. The Provider will maintain conflict of interest and standards of conduct policies. 2. The Provider will maintain written policies and procedures for effective control of finances for the Services and, in particular, will: a. maintain books of account and retain invoices, receipts and vouchers for all expenses incurred in form and content satisfactory to BC Housing; and b. have sound written financial operating policies and procedures in place, including: i. clearly defined spending authority; and ii. record keeping in accordance with Canadian Accounting Standards.
