Conduct Policies. The Manager acknowledges receipt of the Company’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and the Company’s Policy on Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx (collectively, the “Conduct Policies”) and will use commercially reasonable efforts to require the Persons who provide services to the Company to comply with the Conduct Policies in the performance of such services hereunder or such comparable policies as shall in substance hold such Persons to at least the standards of conduct set forth in the Conduct Policies.

Conduct Policies.  The “Client” is responsible for the enforcement of university conduct policies as related to the event as well as those in attendance of the event.  Non-university food service is NOT PERMITTED in the outer gallery. Food and/or beverages are NOT allowed inside the auditorium.  Alcohol is not permitted in Community Arts Auditorium by non-university clients and programs. Alcohol is only served at events scheduled by the XxXxxxxx Memorial Conference Center.  No smoking is permitted in any building, space within a building, or structure owned, leased, rented or operated by Xxxxx State University. No smoking is permitted within twenty-five feet of any building entrance or exit.  Xxxxx State University is committed to providing a drug-free environment for its faculty, staff, and students. The unlawful possession, use, distribution, dispensation, sale or manufacture of drugs or alcohol is prohibited on university premises, at university activities and at university worksites.  Violations of any of the conduct policies contained in this contract can result in the cancelation of the “Client’s” event, and the forfeiture of any rental fees paid to Xxxxx State University.  The “Client” assumes responsibility for any damage caused to any university facility by the “Client’s” attendees. Reimbursement costs will be determined by Xxxxx State University. Xxxxx State University requires the “Client” to disclose the purpose of all events and related advertisement. Xxxxx State University reserves the right to cancel any event, including the loss of the “Client’s” monetary compensation to Xxxxx State University, for event misrepresentation. Xxxxx State University reserves the right to inspect and control all private functions on university property. Xxxxx State University reserves the right to require security at any event at a cost to the “Client” if deemed necessary by Xxxxx State University. Xxxxx State University does not assume responsibility for items lost in or on university property. In case of an emergency, the “Client” should contact the Xxxxx State University Department of Public Safety at 000-000-0000.
Conduct Policies. Violation of guidelines, policies, and procedures contained in the MCAD Housing Handbook or MCAD Student Handbook, or engaging in any other behavior which is detrimental to the College or other students, is cause for immediate removal from College Housing. Xxxxx State University is committed to providing a drug-free environment for its faculty, staff, and students. The unlawful possession, use, distribution, dispensation, sale or manufacture of drugs or alcohol is prohibited on university premises, at university activities and at university worksites.  All decorations, including balloons and/or signage, must be removed from the University’s campus each day. Failure to remove decorations and/or signage will result in a removal fee being charged to the Vendor.

Any violation will be reported to University Police • All decorations, including balloons and/or signage, must be removed from the University’s campus at the end of the event. Failure to remove decorations and/or signage will result in a removal fee being charged to the Vendor.
Conduct Policies. The client group is responsible for the enforcement of University/School conduct policies as related to the event itself as well to those in attendance of the event. • Xxxxx State Dining Services is the sole provider of food on campus, including snacks, when the total amount spent using university funds is over $200.00. o If using non university funds and the food purchased is over $200 a waiver must be requested from Xxxxx State Dining Services located at 000 Xxxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxx, XX 00000, by calling 000-000-0000. o Food and/or beverages are NOT allowed inside the auditorium. • Any group requesting to serve alcohol must follow the steps below: o Groups may not bring their own alcohol into any University owned building on the Main Campus or Medical/Pharmacy/MISB Campus or WSU owned building in the City of Detroit. o Groups must fill out a Request to Serve Alcohol form provided by WSU Dining Services. o Must hire WSU Dining Services to purchase and serve the alcohol. • No smoking is permitted in any building, space within a building, or structure owned, leased, rented or operated by Xxxxx State University. The School reserves the right to cancel any event for misrepresentation. In that event, the client group will forfeit any funds paid including the deposit. • Special room set-ups must be requested and pre-approved in advance. • Any decorations, including signs, balloons, etc. must be approved in advance. The client group is responsible for the removal of any decorations at the completion of the event. Failure to remove decorations will result in a removal fee. o Decorations/event flyers cannot be glued and/or taped to any building surface. o All decorations, including balloons, must be removed from the Reserved Space and/or building at the completion of the event. Trash should be placed in the proper receptacles. o The burning of candles, sparklers, incense, paper leaflets, combustible figurines or pyrotechnic devices...
