Financial Planning Assistance. During the Employment Term, Executive will be eligible to participate in the Company's Financial Planning Assistance program for senior executives. Executive will be entitled to up to $10,000 for the first year of financial planning assistance, and $7,000 each year thereafter, except that if Executive participated in this program at the time it was provided by Pharmacia & Upjohn, Executive will receive $7,000 for each year of participation.
Financial Planning Assistance. The Company will reimburse a Participant for all bills which the Plan Administrator determines are reasonably related to financial planning assistance and tax preparation, provided that such bills are incurred and evidence of payment by the Participant is submitted to the Plan Administrator within one year after the date of termination.

Financial Planning Assistance. The Company agrees to pay for the services of a wealth planner from AYCO financial services on behalf of the Executive, provided that the Company will pay no more than $18,000 per year toward the cost of such services.
Financial Planning Assistance. The Company will reimburse you for 50% of the expense for your financial counseling currently provided by the AYCO Company through July 31, 2004, provided you have made payment in full directly to AYCO.
