Financial Summaries. As soon as available and in any event promptly after the furnishing thereof to the board of directors (or any committee thereof) of the Borrower, copies of the financial summary furnished to the board of directors (or any committee thereof) together with all attachments and appendices furnished in connection therewith which summaries shall be prepared and furnished no less frequently than on a quarterly basis as required under Section 5.02(g) hereof.
