Finders or Brokers; Compensation Arrangements. Except as provided in Section 4.9 of the NeoStem Disclosure Statement, neither NeoStem nor any Subsidiary of NeoStem has employed any investment banker, broker, finder or intermediary in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby who might be entitled to a fee or any commission the receipt of which is conditioned in whole or part upon consummation of the Merger.
