Fire Extinguishing --. There is a line for fire extinguishing surrounding the entire lot. There is a hydrant system in the building and in the yard – All according to current situation AS IS . The current existing sprinkler system, including the water reservoir on the lot is being provided AS IS. In the event that the lessee will be required to carry out adjustments and / or additions and or improvements in the fire extinguishing system and / or in the water reservoir and or in the pumps as the fire department may require, for whatever reason, then implementation of the above-mentioned adjustments and / or additions and / or improvements shall be carried out by the lessee and at its expense alone. In any event, the lessor shall not be responsible for adjusting the fire extinguishing system and / or the water reservoir and / or the pumps for the lessee’s needs.   • Sprinklers Subject to any terms, conditions and limitations set forth herein, Landlord shall provide an operative sprinkler system consisting of mains, laterals, and heads “AS IS” on the date of delivery of the Premises to Tenant.
