Fire Extinguishing System. From time to time and as often as reasonably required by the Department or any governmental authority having jurisdiction, Tenant shall conduct pressure, water flow, and other appropriate tests of the fire extinguishing system and apparatus, which are maintained by Tenant or any subtenant.

Fire Extinguishing System. Where Sites are not located close to a 24 hours a day, 7 days a week basis security centre allowing rapid intervention of less than 3 minutes in case of fire detection, such Sites will be protected by a halon free extinguishing system (type Argonite, Inergen or other). This system will be connected to a fire detection system which operates automatically after a predetermined time in case of fire detection. The system will generate as a minimum the following alarms which will be remotely monitored by the EGT Network Management Centre: o Fault o Operation
Fire Extinguishing System. The electrical installations will be installed in accordance with the strict standards and instructions of the Fire-Fighting Authority, including fire-proof cables for back-up equipment in case of fire, emergency lighting, emergency elevators, exit signboards, etc. A fire detection system will be installed in all the Public Areas with preparation up to the areas of the Leased Premises. An emergency public address system will be installed to cover all the Public Areas with preparation up to the areas of the Leased Premises. A fire extinguisher system will be installed in all the areas at a basic extinguisher level (without flexible piping). A fire-fighting intercom system will be installed. Connections will be installed for activating smoke release, inflation systems, etc. Emergency shut-down systems will be installed as required by the authorities.
Fire Extinguishing System. An automated fire extinguishing system controlled by a sophisticated complex control that activates sprinklers throughout the parking areas. Additionally there are water supply pipes and fire extinguishing points throughout as required by the fire department.
Fire Extinguishing System. The fire extinguishing system will operate automatically by a monitoring system which will operate a sprinkler system on all the areas of the project (parking lots, commercial floors, offices, machine rooms and storage rooms). The project is split into four separate zones for fire fighting: parking and commercial levels round tower, triangle tower, square tower. Each zone will have its own water supply system. A water supply pipe and fire extinguishers are also situated all over the structure.

  • Fire Extinguishers Provide UL-listed extinguishers, cabinets and accessories from a single manufacturer such as X.X. Industries or Xxxxxx’x Manufacturing Company that comply with local fire marshal approval. 12.1 Systems Furnishings: Systems furnishings will be supplied and installed by the State.   • Sprinkler System If there now is or shall be installed in said building a "sprinkler system" the Tenant agrees to keep the appliances thereto in the demised premises in repair and good working condition, and if the New York Board of Fire Underwriters or the New York Fire Insurance Exchange or any bureau, department or official of the State or local government requires or recommends that any changes, modifications, alterations or additional sprinkler heads or other equipment be made or supplied by reason of the Tenant's business, or the location of partitions, trade fixtures, or other contents of the demised premises, or if such changes, modifications, alterations, additional sprinkler heads or other equipment in the demised premises are necessary to prevent the imposition of a penalty or charge against the full allowance for a sprinkler system in the fire insurance rate as fixed by said Exchange or by any fire insurance company, the Tenant will at the Tenant's own expense, promptly make and supply such changes, modifications, alterations, additional sprinkler head or other equipment. As additional rent hereunder the Tenant will pay to the Landlord, annually in advance, throughout the term 100%, toward the contract price for sprinkler supervisory service.

  • Access Toll Connecting Trunk Group Architecture 9.2.1 If CSTC chooses to subtend a Verizon access Tandem, CSTC’s NPA/NXX must be assigned by CSTC to subtend the same Verizon access Tandem that a Verizon NPA/NXX serving the same Rate Center Area subtends as identified in the LERG. 9.2.2 CSTC shall establish Access Toll Connecting Trunks pursuant to applicable access Tariffs by which it will provide Switched Exchange Access Services to Interexchange Carriers to enable such Interexchange Carriers to originate and terminate traffic to and from CSTC’s Customers. 9.2.3 The Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be two-way trunks. Such trunks shall connect the End Office CSTC utilizes to provide Telephone Exchange Service and Switched Exchange Access to its Customers in a given LATA to the access Tandem(s) Verizon utilizes to provide Exchange Access in such LATA. 9.2.4 Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be used solely for the transmission and routing of Exchange Access to allow CSTC’s Customers to connect to or be connected to the interexchange trunks of any Interexchange Carrier which is connected to a Verizon access Tandem.

  • Customer Equipment Customer represents and warrants that it owns or has the legal right and authority, and will continue to own or maintain the legal right and authority during the term of this Agreement, to place and use the Customer Equipment as contemplated by this Agreement. Customer further represents and warrants that its placement, arrangement, and use of the Customer Equipment in the Internet Data Centers complies with the Customer Equipment Manufacturer's environmental and other specifications.

  • Sprinklers Subject to any terms, conditions and limitations set forth herein, Landlord shall provide an operative sprinkler system consisting of mains, laterals, and heads “AS IS” on the date of delivery of the Premises to Tenant. Tenant shall pay for piping distribution, drops and relocation of, or additional, sprinkler system heads and Building firehose or firehose valve cabinets, if Tenant’s Plans and/or any applicable Laws necessitate such.

  • Disconnection Upon termination of this Agreement, Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner will take all appropriate steps to disconnect the Developer’s Large Generating Facility from the New York State Transmission System. All costs required to effectuate such disconnection shall be borne by the terminating Party, unless such termination resulted from the non-terminating Party’s Default of this Agreement or such non-terminating Party otherwise is responsible for these costs under this Agreement.
