Common use of Fire Fighting Equipment Clause in Contracts

Fire Fighting Equipment. The Tenant must keep the Premises supplied with such fire fighting equipment as the insurers and the fire authority require and must maintain the equipment to the reasonable satisfaction of the Landlord the insurers and the fire authority and in efficient working order.

Fire Fighting Equipment. The Tenant must keep the Premises supplied with such fire fire-fighting equipment as the insurers and the fire authority require and must maintain the equipment to their satisfaction or as the Landlord reasonably requires and must maintain the equipment to the reasonable satisfaction of the Landlord the insurers and the fire authority and in efficient working order. At least once in every 6 months, the Tenant must cause any sprinkler system and other fire-fighting equipment to be inspected by a competent person.

As often as reasonably necessary the Tenant must have the fire fighting equipment inspected by a competent person.
