Fire Exits. The fire exit doors are to be used only in emergencies, and must remain unblocked. These doors must remain closed at all times. They are for emergency purposes only.
Fire Exits. In the event of fire the Hirer shall ensure compliance with the instructions displayed on the premises and the hirer is advised to familiarise themselves with those instructions and with the locations of fire exits and alarm points, keeping fire exits clear.
Fire Exits. Tenant shall at all times refrain from obstructing IN ANY MANNER WHATSOVER any doors to the demised space which shall be deemed or considered to be fire exits by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry.

The Landlord from time to time may install doors in the exterior walls of the Leased Premises necessary to comply with the lawful requirements of any government body. The Tenants and the Landlord may use such doors in case of emergency The Landlord may prevent any person from so entering or leaving unless that person has a key or card access pass to the Leased Premises to which he seeks entrance and a pass in a form approved by the Landlord. Any persons found in the building except during normal business hours without such keys and passes may be subject to surveillance by the Landlord’s employees and agents and may be required to leave the building. Tenants will be responsible for securing their Leased Premises and, if required, for locking building entrance and exit doors when entering or leaving the building. Windows that reflect or admit light into the Leased Premises of Tenants will not be covered or obstructed and no awning will be put up over any window without the Landlord’s consent. Tenants will not place anything on the building windows or projections, and will not throw anything out of the windows or doors or down the passages of the building.

The fire-fighting equipment is only provided in the kitchen and other high risk or plant rooms. The evacuation policy is to immediately leave the building and call the Fire Brigade. See below.
