Fire Training Officer. The Employer and the Union recognize that the rate of pay for the classification of Fire Training Officer is based on an eight (8) hour shift and takes into account shift and weekend premium pay as may be required under the Agreement. The Employer and the Union also recognize that the position is required to work flexible and irregular hours not exceeding a maximum of ten (10) hours on a regular working day.
