Firmware License. Hardware Products may include pre- installed or embedded software programming and/or microcode (collectively “Firmware”). Subject to Customer’s compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Virtana grants to Customer a nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use such Firmware, and provides such license at no additional charge, provided that Customer may only use Firmware together with the specific hardware or device(s) Product with which the Firmware was licensed and provided to Customer. Customer may not extract or copy Firmware embedded in hardware devices or components for any reason.

Firmware License. Each Device provided by Geoforce or VISTRACKS may contain firmware developed and owned, or otherwise authorized to be used by Geoforce or VISTRACKS. For firmware developed and owned, or otherwise authorized to be used by Geoforce or VISTRACKS, Geoforce and VISTRACKS hereby grant You a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license, for the Term, to use the firmware on each Device. VISTRACKS shall retain all rights to the firmware contained on each Device. The license granted herein shall be deemed to be in effect upon delivery of each Device.
Firmware License. The Mist APs contain the Firmware that is pre-installed or embedded in object code and is necessary for the proper functioning of the Mist APs. The Firmware is licensed to Customer, not sold. All Firmware is protected by U.S. copyright law and international treaties. Except where Customer is paying for a managed service from a managed service provider of Mist Products, Mist grants to Customer a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the Firmware, in executable form, solely as embedded in the Products. Where Customer is paying for a managed service that allows only for the lease of the Mist AP, then Mist grants to Customer a non-exclusive, limited, term license to use the Firmware as installed in the Mist AP. Customer acknowledges that the Firmware contains proprietary rights of Mist, and, in order to protect such proprietary rights, Customer agrees not to disassemble, decompile or reverse engineer the Firmware nor permit any third party to do so, except to the extent such restrictions are prohibited by law. Mist reserves all rights and licenses in and to the Firmware not expressly granted to Customer.
Firmware License. The Products contain firmware developed and owned by AMS or its third party supplier. Agency is hereby granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license, for the Term, as defined in Section 9.1 below, to use the firmware in the Products. Use of the Parts may be subject to third party license agreements. AMS and its third party suppliers shall retain all rights to the firmware contained in the Products. Any applicable license shall be deemed to be in effect upon delivery of the Products.
