Firmware Updates from time to time certain Hardware may require a firmware update. The costs related to such firmware updates shall be paid by Customer. Supplier may at its discretion decide when such firmware update will have to implemented. If possible, Supplier will strive to remotely update the firmware. If the firmware cannot be updated remotely, Customer has to return the Hardware to Supplier or has to make an appointment with Supplier to update the relevant Hardware at Supplier’s premises. Supplier will give Customer a reasonable period to update the firmware. If the firmware is not updated prior to the date indicated by Supplier, Customer may not be able to use the SBS TELEMATICS, including the underlying Hardware anymore and any failures in the operation of the Hardware and the SBS TELEMATICS are for the account of the Customer.
Firmware Updates. DURING ANY FIRMWARE UPDATE TO YOUR DEVICES, DO NOT UNPLUG ANY CABLES FROM YOUR DEVICE (OR OTHERWISE POWER OFF THESE DEVICES) UNTIL THE UPDATE IS FULLY COMPLETE. FAILURE TO COMPLY COULD DAMAGE YOUR DEVICE AND ANY RESULTING DAMAGE MAY NOT BE COVERED BY YOUR WARRANTY.
Firmware Updates. Firmware support is available for device level software including printers, bill acceptors and coin acceptors. Firmware updates will be available via a download utility for installation by Customer. T2C will provide remote installation assistance where required.
Firmware Updates. Since the Product is a Beta Unit, Innoviz reserves the right (but is not obligated) to send an updated or improved version of the Firmware (a "Firmware Update"), and in such cases the Customer agrees to promptly, and in any event by no later than five business days from receiving such updated or improved version, implement such Firmware Update to the Product's Firmware, and acknowledges that the Firmware License shall be subject to Customer implementing the Firmware Update.
Firmware Updates. Contractor shall provide firmware and documentation updates to the existing System field panels upon their release. Firmware and documentation updates shall be implemented no later than thirty (30) days after the published release date of the firmware and/or documentation. Onsite training, as described in section 1.12 below, will be provided to familiarize TFC staff with any new features and benefits within thirty (30) days of the installation of the firmware. Contractor shall take all necessary steps to back-up existing firmware prior to applying update or upgrade to ensure ability to rollback to previous version if system is unstable. Contractor shall verify that system is fully operational and stable before leaving site. All appropriate documentation shall also be provided to the TFC Contract Administrator within this timeframe. Preventative Maintenance may be limited to Sundays to minimize the impact to Lab testing.
2.8. Section 1.13, Materials is deleted in its entirety and replaced with Section 1.13, as follows:

Supplier shall provide to Customer (or its successors, assigns and the System Owners of any such Products) any updates to the software or firmware incorporated into the Products sold to Customer under this Agreement for no charge, and Supplier further agrees to install any such updates to the Products onsite at the then location of such Products (e.g. whether at the Project Site for deployed Products, onsite at a Customer-specified location for those yet to be deployed, etc.), provided that the Products are still covered by the LCW, in each case at Supplier’s cost. If remote access is not provided or allowed, and Supplier is prevented from installing any updates in a timely manner, the LCW shall be deemed void.

If remote access to the system is provided to Supplier, Supplier shall provide to Customer (or its successors, assigns and the System Owners of any such Products) any updates to the software or firmware incorporated into the Products sold to Customer under this Agreement for no charge, and Supplier further agrees to install any such updates to the Products onsite at the then location of such Products (e.g. whether at the Project Site for deployed Products, onsite at a Customer-specified location for those yet to be deployed, etc.), provided that the Products are still covered by Supplier’s Warranty, in each case at Supplier’s cost. If remote access is not provided, then (i) if the firmware update is one that if not installed could lead to a violation of Supplier’s Warranty or is otherwise a safety concern, Supplier shall pay labor and materials expenses for firmware updates that are made at the Project Site by Supplier personnel; and (ii) if the firmware update is otherwise a general product efficiency or benefit upgrade, Customer shall pay labor and materials expenses for firmware updates that are requested by Customer in writing to be made by Supplier at the Project Site by Supplier personnel.
Firmware Updates. Customer receives the right to use firmware updates on the system. When applicable, Interactive will provide Customer with one copy of firmware updates.
