Term License definition
Term License means an on premise license to Software with optional Maintenance, where Maintenance fees are in addition to the Software license fees.
Term License means a license or access provided for use of a Product for a limited time period ("Term") or on a subscription or transaction basis.
Term License means that type of software license set forth in Section 2.2.
Examples of Term License in a sentence
The purchase of any SSP Software component via a Term License or ELA includes maintenance and technical support beginning upon conclusion of installation onsite or the issuance of an installer, whichever is first, with a duration as described in Attachment A annexed hereto (the “License Term”).
At the end of the duration, continued Software Maintenance can be purchased for all SSP Software components by purchasing a new Term License or ELA prior to the end of the License Term.
The Software is licensed for use according to a Term License that requires the payment of an annual Term License fee.
More Definitions of Term License
Term License means a license purchased with a non-perpetual License Term as identified in a Quotation.
Term License means a license granted by Gigamon to Customer for Software in which the license is limited in duration. The duration of the Term License will be the time period set forth in the applicable quote issued by Gigamon and / or in a purchase order accepted by Gigamon. If any Software is licensed under a Term License, the limited license granted in Section 2(a) will commence on the date the software is made available for download or the license key associated with the Software is issued (or as otherwise set forth on the purchase order) and will expire on the last day of the Term License. When a Term License expires, the corresponding Software may no longer function and in any event Customer shall not continue to access or use the Software (and underlying Hardware, if applicable) unless a new Term License is purchased).

Term License or “Subscription License” means a license that grants to You the right to use the Licensed Software for a specific period of time. You may only use the software for the duration of time purchased subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement and the applicable Document.
