First Aid Certification. ‌ In addition to the requirements of the Workers' Compensation Board Regulations where two or more employees are required to work in isolated locations, the Employer shall ensure that at least one employee is in possession of a valid Level 1 First Aid Certificate, whenever reasonably practical.
