Common use of First Aid Work Clause in Contracts

First Aid Work. Where an employee is required by council to be in charge of a first aid kit and/or to administer first aid and the use of such adjunct skills are not paid for in accordance with the salary system established by the council, the employee shall be paid an allowance in addition to the weekly rate, as set out in Table 2 of Schedule A.
