FIRST STAGE CONSULTATION. The Parties agree to first try in good faith to resolve and settle all disputes, controversies and differences that may arise between them in respect of this Agreement, including specifications, through mutual consultation among senior representatives of the Parties within thirty (30) days of a written settlement request of either Party.
