Five-Hour Rule (Meal/Rest). (1) The workday shall begin with the individual’s first call of the day. (2) There shall be one full hour meal/rest break, which shall not include half hour call, after a maximum of five hours in said day. The break shall not be included in the subsequent five- hour period. (3) On multiple performance days, there shall be one full hour meal/rest break, which shall not include half hour call, after a maximum of 6½ hours in said day. The break shall not be included in the subsequent five-hour period. (4) If the meal/rest break is delayed, the Actor shall be compensated at the overtime rate for each half-hour or part thereof until the one-hour meal/rest break is given.

(2) If the break is delayed, the Actor shall be compensated for no less than one half-hour of overtime to postpone the break for up to one hour. If such delay exceeds one hour, the Actor shall accrue overtime until the meal break is given in accordance with Rule 46(H). (3) In the event that food is made available on the premises, the break may commence when the company has completed its responsibilities.

  • Denial/Restoral OSS Charge In the event <<customer_name>> provides a list of customers to be denied and restored, rather than an LSR, each location on the list will require a separate PON and, therefore will be billed as one LSR per location. <<customer_name>> will incur an OSS charge for an accepted LSR that is later canceled by <<customer_name>>. To allow time for obtaining and analyzing the data and updating the billing system, this billing change will take place on the first day of the second month following the end of the quarter (e.g. May 1 for 1Q, Aug 1 for 2Q, etc.). There will be no adjustments to the amount billed for previously billed LSRs.   • Regulation of School District Expenses The Board regulates the reimbursement of all travel, meal, and lodging expenses in the District by resolution. No later than approval of the annual budget and when necessary, the Superintendent will recommend a maximum allowable reimbursement amount for expenses to be included in the resolution. The recommended amount should be based upon the District's budget and other financial considerations.
