Fixed Reduction Amount. To determine the amount of demand reduction for a Customer electing to reduce load by a fixed amount, the difference between the Baseline Load and the load at the time of the event will be utilized. If the Customer does not reduce load by the fixed amount, the Customer will be considered to not be in compliance.

Fixed Reduction Amount. To determine the amount of demand reduction for an ARC electing to reduce load by a fixed amount, the difference between the Baseline Load and the load at the time of the event will be utilized.
