Common use of Fixed remuneration Clause in Contracts

Fixed remuneration. For the implementation of the mandate as manager in accordance with this Agreement, the annual remuneration, as of April 1, 2013 is set at EUR 336,000.00 This remuneration will be paid to the MANAGER in 12 equal monthly installments at the end of each calendar month.
