Fixture cleaning. Porcelain fixtures, for example, drinking fountains, wash basins, urinals, toilets, etc., shall be clean and bright, and without dust, spots, stains, rust, green mold, encrustation or excess moisture. Walls and floors adjacent to fixtures shall be free of spots, drippings, and watermarks. Drinking fountains shall be kept free of trash, ink, coffee grounds, etc. and nozzles free from encrustation (calcium, lime, rust, etc.).
