Flagstaff Urban Trail System. As part of the development of the Property, and to facilitate the expansion of the Flagstaff Urban Trail System, prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for the second phase of the residential development, the Developer agrees to dedicate a twenty (20) foot wide non-motorized easement (“FUTS Easement”), to the City, on a form approved by the City, and to construct the ten (10) foot wide FUTS trail as generally depicted on the approved Site Plans. The FUTS trail must be constructed in compliance with City engineering standards. Most of the FUTS trail will be aggregate-surfaced; except that the portion of FUTS trail adjacent to Sawmill Road that also functions as the public sidewalk must be concrete. The aggregate material used for the FUTS trail surface must be approved by the City. Developer agrees that the construction of the FUTS trail will coincide with the development of other public improvements for the Project. Snow removal from the concrete portion of the FUTS trail shall be the responsibility of the Developer.

Flagstaff Urban Trail System. Developer shall construct a concrete FUTS trail within the Property according to the City of Flagstaff Engineering Standards Section 00-00-000 Flagstaff Urban Trails System Details as it concerns width, drainage, lighting, landscaping, and all other necessary requirements, as generally depicted on the Concept Plan. FUTS access pathways shall not be gated or otherwise obstructed and shall be open to the general public at all times. Flagstaff Urban Trail System. As a condition of developing the Property, and to facilitate the expansion of the Flagstaff Urban Trail System (“FUTS”), the Developer agrees to construct, at no cost to the City, a meandering ten (10) foot wide FUTS trail along that portion of the Property abutting Woody Mountain Road (“FUTS Trail”). The eastern edge of the FUTS trail shall be, at all points, at a five (5) feet offset from the back curb line located along the western edge of Woody Mountain Road. The Parties acknowledge that the FUTS trail may encroach onto adjacent private property. Prior to the issuance of any certificates of occupancy for the Project, Developer shall, at no cost to the City, dedicate a non-motorized pedestrian easement for the FUTS Trail, including those portions, if any, on adjacent private property, to the City.

  • Drainage Systems (1) Clear culvert inlets, outlets, and sediment catching basins.

  • Irrigation Systems The Project Area either has no irrigation system or a low-volume drip irrigation system. If a watering system is used, it is a drip irrigation system equipped with a filter, pressure regulator and emitters rated at twenty (20) gallons per hour (gph) or less. The system is maintained free of leaks and malfunctions. No spray irrigation is applied to the Project Area, including spray from irrigation systems adjacent to the Project Area.

  • Fire Fighting Costs of operating and maintaining the fire-fighting equipments and personnel, if any.

  • Infrastructure Vulnerability Scanning Supplier will scan its internal environments (e.g., servers, network devices, etc.) related to Deliverables monthly and external environments related to Deliverables weekly.   • Information Systems The Official Agency in conjunction with the Authority will meet the relevant requirements of Articles 131 to 136 of Regulation (EU) 2017/625 and Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/1715 as appropriate to the Official Agency. The Official Agency shall record appropriate data in the Official Agency Premises Inspection database (OAPI), which will be further developed over the life of the contract. Data should be entered into the database on an ongoing basis but shall be entered within one month of the activity taking place, unless otherwise agreed with the Authority.

  • Infrastructure (a) The Borrower has and will maintain a sufficient infrastructure to conduct its business as presently conducted and as contemplated to be conducted following its execution of this Agreement.

  • Outpatient emergency and urgicenter services within the service area The emergency room copay applies to all outpatient emergency visits that do not result in hospital admission within twenty-four (24) hours. The urgicenter copay is the same as the primary care clinic office visit copay.

  • Dewatering 4.7.1 Where a part of a site is affected by surface water following a period of rain, thus rendering some areas unsafe for productive work, consistent with the Employer’s obligations under the OH&S Act, all non- trades employees shall assist in ‘dewatering’ their own work site or area if it is so affected. Such work to be paid at single time rates. Productive work will continue in areas not so affected.

  • Unbundled Sub-Loop Concentration System (USLC 2.9.1 Where facilities permit and where necessary to comply with an effective Commission order, BellSouth will provide <<customer_name>> with the ability to concentrate its sub-loops onto multiple DS1s back to the BellSouth Central Office. The DS1s will then be terminated into <<customer_name>>’s collocation space. TR-008 and TR303 interface standards are available.
