Flammable Liquids. Company will not keep or store flammable liquids within any covered and enclosed portion of the Premises or Common Use Areas in excess of Company’s working requirements. Any such liquids having a flash point of less than 110 degrees Fahrenheit will be kept and stored in safety containers of a type approved by Underwriters Laboratories.
Flammable Liquids. Company will not keep or store flammable liquids within any covered or enclosed portion of the Airport without the prior written approval of Authority. Any such liquids having a flash point of less than 110 degrees Fahrenheit will be kept and stored in safety containers of a type approved by Underwriters Laboratories.
Flammable Liquids. The Airline will not keep or store flammable liquids within any covered and enclosed portion of its Airline Premises in excess of Airline’s working requirements. Any such liquids having a flash point of less than 110 degrees Fahrenheit will be kept and stored in safety containers of a type approved by Underwriters Laboratories.
Flammable Liquids. All flammable liquids that are kept or stored at the Premises must at all times be handled, stored and used in accordance with all applicable Federal, State and local laws.
Flammable Liquids. Keep or store, during any twenty four (24) hour period, flammable liquids within the enclosed portion of the Facilities in excess of Virgin’s working requirements during said twenty four (24) hour period, except in storage Facilities especially constructed for such purposes in accordance with standards established by applicable insurance underwriters and Applicable Laws.
Flammable Liquids. Tenant shall not keep or store, during any 24-hour period, flammable liquids within the enclosed portion of the Premises in excess of Tenant's working requirements during said 24-hour period, except in rooms or tanks especially constructed for such purposes in accordance with standards established by the National Board of Fire Underwriters and any applicable federal, state, or local law. Any such liquids having a flash point of less than 100 degrees Fahrenheit shall be kept and stored in safety containers of a type approved by the Underwriters Laboratories.
Flammable Liquids. Lessee shall not keep or store, during any 24-hour period, flammable liquids within the enclosed portion of the Ground Lease Properties or Special Facilities in excess of Lessee's working requirements during said 24-hour period, except in storage facilities especially constructed for such purposes in accordance with standards established by the National Board of Fire Underwriters and approved by a governmental agency with authority to inspect such facilities for safety compliance. Any such liquids having a flash point of less than 100EF shall be kept and stored in safety containers of a type approved by the Underwriters Laboratories.
Flammable Liquids. The Lessee shall not keep or store during any twenty-four (24) hour period flammable liquids within the enclosed portion of the Premises in excess of the Lessee’s working requirements during the said twenty-four (24) hour period. Any such liquids having a flash point of less than 110° F, shall be kept and stored in safety containers of a type approved by the Underwriter Laboratories of the Factory Mutual Insurance Association. The Lessee shall not keep or store in the Premises explosives, flammable liquids or solids or oxidized materials, except in accordance with the requirements of this paragraph (m).
Flammable Liquids. .1 The handling, storage and use of flammable liquids are governed by the current National Fire Code of Canada.
.2 Flammable Liquids such as gasoline, kerosene and naphtha may be kept for ready use in quantities not exceeding 45 litres, provided they are stored in approved safety cans bearing the ULC seal of approval. Storage of quantities of flammable liquids exceeding 45 litres for work purposes, require the permission of the Departmental Representative. .3 Transfer of flammable liquids is prohibited within buildings. .4 Do not transfer flammable liquids in the vicinity of open flames or any type of heat producing device.
Flammable Liquids. Supplier will insure that all liquid materials are delivered in DOT approved containers. Any liquid delivered by Supplier to any TMI facility having a measurable "fire point" as measured using the ASTM D92-02b Standard Test Method for Flash and Fire Points by Cleveland Open Cup Tester (a "flammable liquid") , and delivered in bulk containers, shall be in appropriate metal containers only. If such liquids are delivered in bulk to be off loaded into any other container at TMI's facility, such liquids will be off loaded only into appropriate metal containers. An appropriate metal container may be any closed metal container having a pressure relief valve with a flame arrester designed for the container. If such container has a liquid level indicator, the indicator must be constructed of glass or other non-combustible material. Any flammable liquid that is delivered in other than appropriate containers, as defined above, is subject to return at Supplier's risk and expense.
