WORKING REQUIREMENTS. 10.1 The Consultant shall primarily operate from XxxxXx.XX Network’s offices in Los Angeles, and otherwise as reasonably required by Client. The Consultant is permitted to undertake other consulting engagements for third-parties, so long as such engagements are not competitive with XxxxXx.xxx. The Client acknowledges that the Consultant is already engaged in a number of acceptable and hereby permitted third-party engagements. 10.2 The Consultant shall make best endeavors to attend to the Duties outlined for up to forty (40) hours each week whether expended both during and beyond the business hours and whether expended in attendance at the Client’s principal place of business or at such other location. 10.3 The Consultant shall be entitled to up to two (2) weeks paid leave every twelve (12) months from the date of this Agreement.
WORKING REQUIREMENTS. 2.1 Normal hours of business are 8.00 am to 6.00 pm, on Monday to Friday. 2.2 The Individual Member will carry out the business of the Partnership (or as required for one of its Affiliates) in the office at One Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxx, X00 0XX or such other offices of the Partnership or its Affiliates as they may reasonably require. 2.3 In addition to the Individual Member’s role as described above, the Individual Member shall also hold the positions of Chief Operating Officer of BGC Partners, Inc. (“BGCP”). and Chief Executive Officer of BGC Brokers L.P. At all times the Individual Member agrees that he may also be engaged in any capacity that the Chairman and/or President may reasonably require and shall not engage in any activity which may be or may become in the reasonable opinion of the Chairman and/or President harmful to or contrary to the interests of the Partnership and/or Affiliates. The Individual Member shall report directly to the President. For the purposes of this clause 2.3, “Chairman” shall mean the Chairman and/or Chief Executive Officer of BGCP or his designate and “President” shall mean the President of BGCP or his designate.
WORKING REQUIREMENTS. 10.1. CALLS 10.1.1. A call comprises eleven (11) consecutive hours including make-up and wardrobe, meal and tea breaks, commencing at the time and place fixed by practitioner and ending when the performer is released at the time and place agreed. If the location is further than forty (40) kilometers from the call point, travel time shall be included in the call. 10.1.2. There shall be a break of not less than ten (10) hours between the end of one call and the commencement of the next, unless the performer otherwise agrees.

For the purposes of this clause 2.3, “Chairman” shall mean the Chairman and/or Chief Executive Officer of BGCP.

WORKING REQUIREMENTS. 2.1 Normal hours of business are 9.00 am to 6.00 pm, on Monday to Friday. The Individual Member shall work normal business hours and such additional hours as may be necessary in the performance of his/her duties and powers hereunder. However, the nature of the Individual Member’s role is such that working time is not measured or predetermined. 2.2 The Individual Member will carry out the business of the Partnership (or as required for one of its Affiliates) in the office at One Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxx, X00 0XX or such other offices of the Partnership or its Affiliates as they may reasonably require. 2.3 The Individual Member shall hold the position of Chief Financial Officer for BGC Partners, Inc. (“BGC”) globally. The Individual Member shall report into the President and Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) of BGC on BGC matters as well as into the Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) of the Cantor Xxxxxxxxxx (“CF”) Group. At all times the Individual Member agrees that he may be engaged in any capacity that the CEO of BGC, CFO of the CF Group, or their designees may reasonably require. The Individual Member shall be expected to travel from time to time and spend a substantial amount of time in BGC/CF Group’s other offices around the globe as determined by the CEO of BGC, CFO of the CF Group, or their designees. 2.4 The Individual Member shall accept (if offered) appointment as a statutory Director of the Partnership or any Affiliate and resign any such appointment if requested by the Board without any claim for damages or compensation. 2.5 In the event that the Individual Member refuses to comply with the terms of clause 2.4 within a reasonable period of being requested to do so, he hereby irrevocably appoints the Partnership to be his attorney to execute and do any such instrument or thing and generally to use his name for the purposes of giving the Partnership or an Affiliate or their nominee the full benefit of clause 2.4. 2.6 The Individual Member acknowledges that his position means that he has a material impact on the Partnership or any Affiliate’s risk profile. The role has been designated as a “Code Staff” role for the purposes of the Financial Conduct Authority’s Remuneration Code.
