Fleet Maintenance Personnel. 1. Although separate from transportation operators, fleet technicians will be under the direct supervision of the Transportation Director. 2. Fleet technicians with the most seniority shall be given preference as to their work shift. Overtime shall be granted on a seniority rotation basis to all fleet technicians. 3. Any training program which a fleet technician is required to attend shall be paid for by the Board according to Article XXV. 4. The Board shall pay the cost of the CDL License and any renewal thereof. The Board shall also pay for the cost of the abstract annually. 5. The Board shall pay for the cost of the BCI Report.
