FLEET MANAGEMENT SYSTEM. The CONTRACTOR will have in place a computerized fleet management and reporting system. The CONTRACTOR will notify lessees when periodic checks indicate the absence of preventative maintenance, low ridership that places a COMMUTER VANPOOL at risk of termination, or the need for a vehicle to be replaced due to safety concerns, upon meeting the CONTRACTOR’s life cycle, or upon meeting the DEPARTMENT’s replacement criteria of less than five (5) years old or have less than 125,000 miles.
FLEET MANAGEMENT SYSTEM. When the Contracting Officer has issued the Contractor authorization to obtain interagency fleet management system vehicles in performance of the contract, the Contractor shall utilize a Fleet Management Database System that identifies and collects accurate: • Inventory; • Cost; and • Data to cover the complete lifecycle of each motor vehicle.

  • STATEWIDE CONTRACT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM If the maximum amount payable to Contractor under this Contract is $100,000 or greater, either on the Effective Date or at any time thereafter, this section shall apply. Contractor agrees to be governed by and comply with the provisions of §§00-000-000, 00-000-000, 00-000-000, and 00- 000-000, C.R.S. regarding the monitoring of vendor performance and the reporting of contract information in the State’s contract management system (“Contract Management System” or “CMS”).   • Earned Value Management System ‌ An earned value management system (EVMS) means a project management tool that effectively integrates the project scope of work with cost, schedule and performance elements for optimum project planning and control. The qualities and operating characteristics of EVMS are described in American National Standards Institute /Electronics Industries Alliance (ANSI/EIA) Standard-748. An EVMS is not mandatory; however, Contractors are encouraged to have an EVMS ANSI/EIA Standard-748 during the entire term of OASIS. The Contractor shall notify the OASIS CO, in writing, if there are any changes in the status of their EVMS and provide the reasons for the change and copies of audits by the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) or other cognizant Government administration office, as applicable. If only part of a Contractor’s organization is EVMS ANSI/EIA Standard-748 certified, the Contractor shall make the distinction between which business units or sites and geographic locations have been certified.
