Common use of Flex Schedule Clause in Contracts

Flex Schedule. Any member who is newly assigned to a non-patrol assignment, excluding a special assignment, may be placed on a flex schedule in which case overtime shall only be paid for hours in paid status over eighty (80) in a two-week pay period. Overtime at time-and-one half the member’s regular rate of pay shall be paid for hours in paid status over eighty (80) hours. Overtime at double-time the member’s regular rate of pay shall be paid for hours in paid status in excess of eighty-eight (88) hours.
