FlexElect Program. A. The State agrees to provide a flexible benefits program (FlexElect) under Internal Revenue Code Section 125 and related Sections 105(b), 129, and 213(d). All participants in the FlexElect Program shall be subject to all applicable Federal statues and related administrative provisions adopted by the Department of Personnel Administration. All eligible employees must have a permanent appointment with a time base of half time or more and have permanent status, or if limited-term or temporary authorized (TAU) position, must have mandatory return rights to a permanent position.

FlexElect Program. Permanent Intermittent employees may only participate in the Pre-Tax Premium and/or the Cash Option for medical and/or dental insurance. Permanent intermittent employees choosing the Pre-Tax Premium must qualify for State medical and/or dental benefits. Permanent intermittent employees choosing the Cash Option will qualify if they work at least one-half time, have an appointment for more than six months, and receive credit for a minimum of 480 paid hours within the six-months control period of January 1 through June 30 of the plan year in which they are enrolled.

  • Pilot Programs The Employer may develop voluntary pilot programs to test the acceptability of various risk management programs. Incentives for participation in such programs may include limited short-term improvements to the benefits outlined in this Article. Implementation of such pilot programs is subject to the review and approval of the Joint Labor-Management Committee on Health Plans.

  • Annual Production Program document describing the forecasts for Production and handling of Oil, Gas, water, special fluids, and waste arising from the Production process of each Development Area or Field.

Agenda items shall include but are not limited to smoking cessation, weight loss, stress management, health education/self-care, and education on related benefits provided through the health plan administrators serving state employees.

  • Training Program It is agreed that there shall be an Apprenticeship Training Program, the provisions of which are set forth in Exhibit "C", which is attached hereto and forms part of this Agreement.

  • Marketing Plan The MCP shall submit an annual marketing plan to ODM that includes all planned activities for promoting membership in or increasing awareness of the MCP. The marketing plan submission shall include an attestation by the MCP that the plan is accurate is not intended to mislead, confuse or defraud the eligible individuals or ODM.
