Flexible Compensation Benefits. The School District shall provide a "Flexible Compensation Plan" as authorized by Internal Revenue Code, Section 125. All eligible employees may elect to contribute up to the amount allowed by law, to be used for excess medical/dental/vision expense reimbursement, and up to the amount allowed by law, to be used for dependent care reimbursement.
