Flexible Service. This service combines both our Recovery Service and Ship to Site service. The Customer chooses, in the event of an invocation, which service is required. Please see above for specific details of each service.

Flexible Service. Contractor may provide flexible services for Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder services and supports.
Flexible Service. Employees hired or assigned on an indefinite basis to work between 50% and 80% of the unit’s base workweek will be classified as “Flexible Service Employee” and will be employed on a day-to-day basis.
Flexible Service. Operators shall not accrue seniority for purposes of bidding as fixed route operators, but their service shall be credited for all other purposes, including bidding for work selection within their own classification.
