Common use of Flextime Scheduling Clause in Contracts

Flextime Scheduling. The Appointing Authority and the Local Union may mutually agree to a flextime scheduling plan. Existing flextime scheduling plans shall remain in effect unless the Local Union notifies the Appointing Authority of its intent to terminate the plan.

Flextime Scheduling. The Appointing Authority and the Local Union may mutually agree to a 6 flextime scheduling plan. Existing flextime scheduling plans shall remain in effect unless the 7 Local Union notifies the Appointing Authority of its intent to terminate the plan.

Flextime Scheduling. The Appointing Authority and the Local Union may mutually agree to a 9 flextime scheduling plan. Existing flextime scheduling plans shall remain in effect unless scheduleing plan provided the Local Union notifies schedule does not require the Appointing Authority payment of its intent to terminate the planovertime.
