Reporting Time and Pay Sample Clauses

Reporting Time and Pay. Unless notified otherwise at least two (2) hours in advance of the scheduled starting time (one (1) hour for employees in the Department of Transportation), any employee who is scheduled to report for work and who reports as scheduled shall be assigned to at least three (3) hours of work. If work is not available, the employee may be excused from duty and paid for three (3) hours at the employee's appropriate rate. If the employee begins work but is excused from duty before completing three (3) hours of work the employee shall be paid for three (3) hours at the employee's appropriate rate.
