Float Pool Premium. Employees (LPNs and MAs only) who are regularly assigned to a designated float pool and who float on a daily basis between medical centers (Primary Care) and specialties (Specialty) will receive two dollars ($2.00) per hour premium following six (6) months from their date of hire into the float pool.
