FLSA Overtime Work Defined. FLSA overtime work shall be defined as all work performed pursuant to Section 6.A. (Regular Work Schedule Required) in excess of the normal work period set forth in Section 6.B.2.a. (Fire Suppression Work Periods) (including paid leave and holidays). Overtime shall be compensated at one and one-half (1-1/2) times the FLSA regular rate as defined in Section 6.C. (Rates Defined) either in cash or compensatory time, at the discretion of the Fire Chief.
