Fluoridation. At the time of Closing, the City adds fluoride to the treated water to promote dental health. The Concessionaire shall, unless contrary to applicable laws and regulations, maintain the practice of fluoridation, with a target finished water fluoride concentration of 0.5 milligrams per liter (mg/L). The practice of fluoridation and/or target fluoride concentration and acceptable range of fluoride concentration can be modified or discontinued only with prior approval by the City and/or as required for compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Fluoridation. ‌ At the time of closing, the City adds fluoride to the treated water to promote dental health. The Concessionaire shall maintain the practice of fluoridation, with a target finished water fluoride concentration of 0.6 milligrams per liter (mg/L). The Concessionaire shall, at all times, maintain a fluoride concentration within the range of 0.4 to 0.8 mg/L at the distribution system entry point, with a target concentration of 0.6 mg/L ± 0.05 mg/L achieved in 95% of daily average measurements. The practice of fluoridation and/or target fluoride concentration and acceptable range of fluoride concentration can be modified or discontinued only with prior approval by the City and/or as required for compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

  • FABRICATION Making up data or results and recording or reporting them.

  • Influenza Vaccination The parties agree that influenza vaccinations may be beneficial for patients and employees. Upon a recommendation pertaining to a facility or a specifically designated area(s) thereof from the Medical Officer of Health or in compliance with applicable provincial legislation, the following rules will apply:

  • Tuberculosis Examination The examination shall consist of an approved intradermal tuberculosis test, which, if positive, shall be followed by an X-ray of the lungs. Nothing in Sections 5163 to 5163.2, inclusive, shall prevent the governing body of any city or county, upon recommendation of the local health officer, from establishing a rule requiring a more extensive or more frequent examination than required by Section 5163 and this section. § 5163.2. Technician taking X-ray film; Interpretation of X-ray The X-ray film may be taken by a competent and qualified X-ray technician if the X-ray film is subsequently interpreted by a licensed physician and surgeon.

  • Validation To validate the notice requirements outlined in Section 5.3, the Assuming Institution shall provide the Receiver (i) an Affidavit of Publication to meet the publication requirements outlined in Section 5.3(a) and (ii) the Assuming Institution will prepare an Affidavit of Mailing in a form substantially similar to Exhibit 2.3B after mailing the seven (7) day Notice to Depositors as required under Section 5.3(b).

  • CURVE WIDENING The minimum widening placed on the inside of curves is:  6 feet for curves of 50 to 79 feet radius.  4 feet for curves of 80 to 100 feet radius.

  • Irrigation The City shall provide water to the Premises for the purpose of irrigating the facility. The City specifically reserves the right to restrict water usage under this Agreement if water restrictions are placed on other water users within the City. Prior to the start of the season, City will provide charge up and run through the automatic irrigation systems to check for proper operation. City will provide Lessee with a radio for remote operation of the irrigation system, which Lessee shall use for the day to day maintenance, repair, and monitoring of the irrigation system. If the radio is lost, stolen, broken, or is rendered unusable, Lessee shall pay $1500 for the replacement radio. City is responsible for the maintenance and repair of the following irrigation elements, to the extent applicable: curb stops, backflow prevention devices, backflow enclosures, main line pipings, electric control valves, and controllers. Lessee shall notify Parks Division Water managers by email if any of these irrigation elements are malfunctioning or broken.

  • Laboratory Testing All laboratories selected by UPS Freight for analyzing Controlled Substances Testing will be HHS certified.

  • Compaction 11.1 Concrete shall be thoroughly compacted and fully worked around the reinforcement, around embedded fixtures and into corners of the formwork.

  • Medication 1. Xxxxxxx’s physician shall prescribe and monitor adequate dosage levels for each Client.
