Common use of FMLA Period Clause in Contracts

FMLA Period. An employee is entitled to FMLA once every 12 months based on a rolling calendar year. The College shall compute the twelve (12) month period as calculated retroactively from the date the leave commences.

FMLA Period. 16.11.1 An employee is entitled to twelve (12) work weeks of FMLA once every 12 months in a twelve (12) month period based on a rolling calendar year. The College shall compute the twelve (12) month period as calculated retroactively backward from the date the leave commences.

FMLA Period. 13.10.1. An employee is entitled to eligible for FMLA once every 12 twelve (12) months based on a rolling calendar year. The College shall compute the twelve (12) month period as calculated retroactively back- xxxx from the date the leave commences.
