Food and Beverage Concession. The CONTRACTOR shall operate and maintain on the Golf Course a concession room to be open and available to the public at times deemed necessary by CONTRACTOR during the golfing season for the sale of soft drinks, confections, beer, wine coolers, and food and drink commonly available in such places and consistent with the Laws of the State of Iowa. The CONTRACTOR shall obtain all necessary licenses, permits and Liquor Liability Insurance with limits of not less than one-million dollars ($1,000,000) per occurrence regarding the sale of alcohol at the Golf Course.

Food and Beverage Concession. The CONTRACTOR shall operate and maintain on the premises a concession room to be open and available to the public at reasonable times daily during the golfing season for the sale of soft drinks, confections, beer, wine coolers, and food and drink commonly available in such places and consistent with the laws of the State of Iowa and regulations of the DCCB.
Food and Beverage Concession. At least 10 days prior to the event, all Users proposing to sell food items must submit proof of compliance with the regulations of the County of Humboldt Department of Public Health, which can be reached at (707) 445- 6200.
Food and Beverage Concession. Except as otherwise expressly set forth elsewhere in this agreement, BLC has the priority right to sell, provide and distribute food and drink in the CSC. Alcohol or intoxicating beverages will not be included in this agreement. City will have rights and control to determine contracts for sale of alcohol. City will not sell, provide, or distribute nor allow any other person, firm, company, or organization to sell, provide, or distribute food or drink in the CSC in violation of the terms of this agreement without the prior written consent of BLC.   • Food and Beverage All food and beverages (alcoholic and non alcoholic) which are located at the Hotel (whether opened or unopened), or ordered for future use at the Hotel as of the Closing, including, without limitation, all food and beverages located in the guest rooms, but expressly excluding any alcoholic beverages to the extent the sale or transfer of the same is not permitted under Applicable Law (the “F&B”);

  • Food and Beverages No food or beverage may be brought onto the Ship without City Cruises’ prior authorization, granted in City Cruises’ sole discretion. No food or beverage may be removed from the Ship.

  • Beverages a. A $12/person minimum bar spend is imposed for all events, based on the Original or Final Guest Count, whichever is greater.   • The Concession 3.1.1 Subject to and in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, Applicable Laws and Applicable Permits, the Authority hereby grants to the Concessionaire the concession set forth herein including the exclusive right, licence and authority to construct, operate and maintain the Project (the “Concession”) during the Construction Period and for a period of 10 (ten) years commencing from COD, and the Concessionaire hereby accepts the Concession and agrees to implement the Project subject to and in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein.
