Vending. Tenant shall have the right to enter into all contracts for the provision of vending services in the Improvements and may allow each Building Tenant the right to enter into such contract with respect to such tenant’s own space in the Improvements.

Vending. NO VENDING OF ANY KIND IS ALLOWED during the cruise unless you are an approved USC sponsor or vendor. This includes, but is not limited to the sale of any goods, products or the provision of spa, salon and hair cutting services, makeup, manicures, pedicures, massages, facials, threading etc. For information on sponsoring, please email xxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx. Please do not make t-shirts, hats, posters, jewellery, or anything else to sell while enjoying USC. Anyone found in violation of this policy will have his or her unauthorized merchandise confiscated. Vending. The competition venue concessionaire may sell soft drinks in the souvenir drinking cups, but no commercial identification, including the concessionaire’s logo, may be displayed on the souvenir cup unless specifically authorized by the NCAA. If the souvenir cup includes the NCAA’s registered marks, it must be purchased from an NCAA licensee and is not considered a reimbursable expense. Additionally, no commercial identification, including the concessionaire’s logo, may be displayed on other items (e.g., napkins) that accompany concessions or catered meals/refreshments. If an item sold in concession areas comes in packaging with the name of the product on it (e.g., Xxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxx), it is permissible for those items to be sold in this manner and brought into the general seating area. Vending. *1. All Vendor lots belong to the owners of Fredericksburg Trade Days at Sunday Farms, and each Vendor rents his/her lots at the pleasure of the ownership. *2. Vending must occur from rented spaces and may not exceed the space boundaries. *3. Vendors must maintain their lots in an orderly and clean manner to protect the safety of themselves and the shopping public. *4. No animals can be sold at this market. *5. All firearms shall be under constant supervision by the individual vendor that owns said firearms and all firearms shall be covered or in some way secured during non-show hours. *6. Vendors will comply with all gun laws including those in regard to convicted felons and in regard to laws relative to the sale of firearms to individuals under the age of 18 ( for rifles and shotguns) or the age of 21 ( for handguns). *7. Each Vendor is solely responsible for his/her merchandise/property and business transactions. Merchandise left unattended is done so entirely at the owners risk.
Vending. The LESSEE reserves the right to install and operate vending machines on the PREMISES without any additional payment to LESSOR or any sharing of the income derived from the operation of the vending machines. LESSOR shall not install or operate any vending machines in the PREMISES unless requested by the LESSEE. If the PREMISES are located in a multi-tenant building, LESSOR may install vending machines in the common areas of the building.
