  • Progressive Payment For Property in which there is / are outstanding progressive payment(s) due to the Developer:- a. In the event that the Purchaser shall require a loan/financing to enable the completion of the purchase herein, the Purchaser shall notify the Assignee within thirty (30) days from the date of successful sale the details of the loan/financing and the Purchaser’s Financier by providing the Assignee a copy of the letter of offer for financing and on or before the Completion Date, the Purchaser shall cause the Purchaser’s Financier to issue a letter of undertaking to pay the balance progressive payment according to the schedule of the Sale and Purchase Agreement in favour of the Developer and to release the Assignee from its original undertaking. b. In the event that the Purchaser shall not require a loan/financing to enable the completion of the purchase herein, on or before the Completion Date, the Purchaser shall procure a letter of undertaking (acceptable to the Assignee) to pay the balance progressive payment according to the schedule of the Sale and Purchase Agreement in favour of the Developer and to release the Assignee from its original undertaking. c. Any outstanding progressive payment, charges, interests and/or penalty imposed as a result of the delay in settlement of the balance progressive payment or caused by the delay in the issuance of a letter of undertaking as stated above shall be solely borne and paid by the Purchaser.

  • Salary Progression 1. For the purposes of determining annual progression from one step to the next, each teacher’s performance will be assessed annually against the appropriate professional standards. 2. When setting performance expectations and development objective(s) with individual teachers for the coming year, the appropriate professional standards against which the teacher is to be assessed should be confirmed between the teacher and the employer. 3. For each teacher to progress annually to their next salary step they will need to demonstrate that they meet the appropriate professional standards.

  • Protective Payments If Borrower fails to obtain the insurance called for by Section 6.7 or fails to pay any premium thereon or fails to pay any other amount which Borrower is obligated to pay under this Agreement or any other Loan Document, Bank may obtain such insurance or make such payment, and all amounts so paid by Bank are Bank Expenses and immediately due and payable, bearing interest at the then highest rate applicable to the Obligations, and secured by the Collateral. Bank will make reasonable efforts to provide Borrower with notice of Bank obtaining such insurance at the time it is obtained or within a reasonable time thereafter. No payments by Bank are deemed an agreement to make similar payments in the future or Bank’s waiver of any Event of Default.

  • Overtime Meals When employees are required to work more than two (2) hours beyond their regular work days, the Employer will provide hot meals at no cost to the employees, up to a maximum of sixteen dollars ($16.00) (receipts to be submitted) plus paid meal periods of one-half (1/2) hour at the prevailing rate and thereafter at four (4) hour intervals. Any early morning start before regular starting time is entitled to a paid meal. The breakfast limit is thirteen dollars ($13.00) (receipts to be submitted). Employees called out on overtime shall be paid for meals as above, after four (4) hours work.

  • Training Allowance Operators who are required by the Employer to provide training to a specified level and to certify to the competency of the employees so trained shall receive twelve dollars ($12) per day while training. In such cases, the most senior qualified operator with the capability to provide training in the required class of equipment shall be given the opportunity to provide such training.

  • - Separation Allowances (a) Where an employee resigns within 30 days after receiving notice of layoff pursuant to article 9.08(a)(ii) that his or her position will be eliminated, he or she shall be entitled to a separation allowance of two (2) weeks' salary for each year of continuous service to a maximum of twelve (12) weeks' pay, and, on production of receipts from an approved educational program, within twelve (12) months of resignation, may be reimbursed for tuition fees up to a maximum of three thousand ($3,000) dollars. (b) Where an employee resigns later than 30 days after receiving notice pursuant to Article 9.08(a)(ii) that his or her position will be eliminated, he or she shall be entitled to a separation allowance of four (4) weeks' salary, and, on production of receipts from an approved educational program, within twelve (12) months of resignation, may be reimbursed for tuition fees up to a maximum of one thousand two hundred and fifty ($1,250) dollars."

  • Incentive Payments The Settlement Fund Administrator will treat incentive payments under Section IV.F on a State-specific basis. Incentive payments for which a Settling State is eligible under Section IV.F will be allocated fifteen percent (15%) to its State Fund, seventy percent (70%) to its Abatement Accounts Fund, and fifteen percent (15%) to its Subdivision Fund. Amounts may be reallocated and will be distributed as provided in Section V.D.
