For Subscription Licenses. Enrolled Affiliate may buy out active Subscription Licenses acquired under this Enrollment for Products other than Online Services and acquire perpetual Licenses for the latest version of the Product as of the Expiration Date by placing an order for such Licenses.
For Subscription Licenses. Provider warrants that each Provider Software Product licensed by Customer shall conform in all material respects with its Documentation for the term of the Subscription License.
For Subscription Licenses. Enrolled Affiliate may buy out active Subscription Licenses acquired under this Enrollment for Products other than Online Services and acquire perpetual Licenses for the version of the Product as of the Expiration Date by placing an order for such Licenses at the buy-out price indicated on the Customer Price Sheet. order date. For Subscription Licenses. The Software will be made available to Customer by provision of a license key to install and host the Software on servers that are controlled by Customer during the Term. Customer may only use the Software within a supported environment with hardware and software that is compatible with the Software, as set out in the Documentation. None of the foregoing is ExtraHop's responsibility and ExtraHop disclaims any obligation to provide access to the Software where Customer is not in compliance with this requirement.
