Force Account Payroll and Project Coordination. The Grantee will assist the Authority in obtaining qualified local labor for the Project and will provide necessary local administration assistance, including recommending qualified local personnel; assisting in obtaining necessary personnel information; assisting in obtaining housing for nonresident workers; facilitating communications between the Authority, the community and local employees; and serving as a liaison between the Authority and the community.
