Forced Disconnect a call received by the People First Service Center or the Flexible Spending Account / Health Savings Account (FSA / HSA) service center that is automatically disconnected due to heavy call volume. During periods of heavy call volumes, callers will receive a recorded message requesting that they call back at a later time. The system will then disconnect the call.
