Forced Project Outages. As soon as practicable after commencement of a Forced Project Outage, Seller shall provide TVA with notice and expected duration (if known) of any Forced Project Outage. Each such notice shall set forth, if known by Seller, a detailed explanation for the cause of the Forced Project Outage, identification of the equipment impacted, the expected duration of the Forced Project Outage, and Seller’s proposed course of action to remedy such Forced Project Outage.
