Common use of FOREMEN ASSIGNMENTS Clause in Contracts

FOREMEN ASSIGNMENTS. SECTION 1. Whenever there are more than two (2) Journeymen employed, one must be designated as a Xxxxxxx who will be allowed to work with their tools. There may be only one (1) working Xxxxxxx supervising workmen on activities directly related to each other. A Xxxxxxx may work with their tools until they supervise more than five (5) Employees, at which time they will become a non-working Xxxxxxx. Foremen shall not be required to supervise more than ten (10) craft Employees. (The intent of this Section regarding the number of craft Employees in a crew is a combination of Journeymen and apprentices).
