FOREMEN AND GENERAL FOREMEN. An Employee designated by the Employer as Xxxxxxx shall be paid at the rate of one dollar and fifty cents ($1.50) per hour above the highest base rate of the Employee over which they have supervision. This includes working and non-working Foremen. A Xxxxxxx designated to supervise other Foremen shall be classified as a General Xxxxxxx and shall be paid at the rate of one dollar and fifty cents ($1.50) per hour above the highest base rate of the Foremen over which they have supervision.

FOREMEN AND GENERAL FOREMEN. 14.1 Xxxxxxx and General Xxxxxxx: The Contractor shall be permitted Foremen of their choice. 14.2 All Foremen and/or General Xxxxxxx shall be members of the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America. 14.3 On all jobs where three (3) or more journeymen are employed, one shall be the Xxxxxxx. The Xxxxxxx shall give all directions and orders to Carpenters as directed by the Contractor or his representative. No Xxxxxxx will be in charge of more than ten (10) Carpenters, including Apprentices. 14.4 The General Xxxxxxx and his duties will be determined by the Employer, but it is understood that he will not work with his tools.

FOREMEN AND GENERAL FOREMEN. On jobs running continuously more than five (5) days, journeyman sheet metal workers who are in charge of work covered by the jurisdictional claims of the International Association of SMART, and are xxxxxxx, directing or are placed in charge of three or more journeymen, classified worker or apprentices shall receive two dollars ($2.00) per hour more than the minimum hourly rate specified herein. When twelve (12) or more journeymen or apprentices are employed on a job, a general xxxxxxx shall be required. The general xxxxxxx shall receive four dollars ($4.00) per hour more than the journeyman rate of pay.
FOREMEN AND GENERAL FOREMEN. (A) A Xxxxxxx supervises a crew of workers and a General Xxxxxxx supervises multiple Foremen. The Contractor shall be the sole judge of the need for, the number of, and the responsibilities of Foremen and General Foremen. There will be no restrictions in crafts to be supervised by a Xxxxxxx or General Xxxxxxx. Transportation will be provided to Foremen and General Foremen at the option of the Employer.
