Forest Service Permits. The Administrative Agent shall have received tripartite agreements from the United States Forest Service with respect to the Forest Service Term Special Use Permits, in accordance with the United States Forest Service's standard form for such documents.
Forest Service Permits. The Borrowers hold certain rights under and by virtue of the Term Special Use Permits issued to the applicable Borrower by the Forest Service of the United States Department of Agriculture listed on SCHEDULE 8.17 hereto (individually a "Forest Service Permit" and collectively the "Forest Service Permits"). The Borrowers will make no changes, alterations or amendments to any Forest Service Permit without the prior written consent of the Agent and except as would not have or reasonably be expected to have a material impact on the operations of any Borrower; PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that changes or alterations in any master plan provided under or incorporated by reference in any Forest Service Permit will not constitute changes, alterations or amendments under this Section 8.17. Forest Service Permits. Schedule 1.2 to this Agreement, under the heading "USFS Permits", contains a complete and accurate description of the real property which the Company is entitled to use to conduct its business pursuant to and for the terms set forth in the USFS Permits. The USFS Permits are valid and in full force. Neither the Company nor the Sellers have received any notice to the contrary, and to the Sellers' Knowledge there does not exist any default or event that with notice or lapse of time, or both, would constitute a default under the USFS Permits. Forest Service Permits.
