Form DTTP2. Where a Lender includes the indication described in Section 5.9.9 above in Schedule 5.9.9, the U.K. Borrower shall, to the extent that such Lender is a Lender under the facilities made available to the U.K. Borrower pursuant to Section 2.1 or Section 2.2, file a duly completed form DTTP2 in respect of such Lender with HM Revenue & Customs within 30 days of the date of this Agreement and shall promptly provide such Lender with a copy of that filing.

Form DTTP2. With respect to Revolving Advances to the Scottish Borrower only, the Agent shall have received evidence, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Agent, that the Scottish Borrower has completed and filed a form DTTP2 with the proper Governmental Body in the United Kingdom; and
