Form I-9 Retention. During the term of the Agreement, ADP will store electronic copies of Forms I-9 in the WFN EI-9 Services for a minimum of three years from the employee’s hire date or until one year after the employee ceases to be employed by Client (or the applicable Affiliate), whichever is later (or as otherwise required by changes to federal regulations that come into effect hereafter). Upon termination or expiration of the Agreement, ADP shall use commercially reasonable methods to transfer all electronically stored Forms I-9 to Client in accordance with ADP’s current security policies. Upon termination of the WFN EI-9 Services, Client shall be solely responsible for storage of copies of Forms I-9.
Form I-9 Retention. During the term of the Agreement, and subject to Client’s compliance with Section 14.3.1.4, ADP will store electronic copies of Form I-9s in the ADP I-9 System for a minimum of three years from the employee’s hire date or until one year after the employee ceases to be employed by Client (or the applicable Affiliate), whichever is later (or as otherwise required by changes to federal regulations that come into effect hereafter). Upon termination or expiration of the Agreement, (i) ADP shall use commercially reasonable methods to transfer all electronically stored Form I-9s to Client in accordance with ADP’s current security policies; and (ii) Client shall arrange to retrieve, at Client’s expense, any original paper Form I-9s in ADP’s possession. If Client has not retrieved such original paper Form I-9s within 90 days after termination or expiration of this Agreement, ADP shall have no obligation to retain any such paper Form I-9s further and may destroy such original paper Form I-9s in its possession after such 90 day period.

Client will provide ADP with accurate, complete and timely information necessary for ADP to perform the ADP Unemployment Claims Services, including without limitation, the claimants' names, relevant dates, wage and separation information, state-specific required information, and other documentation to support responses to unemployment compensation agencies. Client will transfer this information via (i) on-line connection between ADP and Client's computer system or

Additional document retention requirements may be specified in the Firm’s Contract for Legal Services with Citizens. Citizens will not honor fees or expenses associated with audit preparation, proceedings or resolution, unless the expenses are requested and pre-approved by Citizens (i.e. copying services, delivery services, etc.).

  • Recruitment and Retention Avenal, Ironwood, Calipatria and Chuckawalla Valley Prisons A. Effective July 1, 1998, employees who are employed at Avenal, Ironwood, Calipatria or Chuckawalla Valley State Prisons, Department of Corrections, for twelve (12) consecutive qualifying pay periods, shall be eligible for a recruitment and retention bonus of $2,400, payable thirty (30) days following the completion of the twelve (12) consecutive qualifying pay periods. B. If an employee voluntarily terminates, transfers, or is discharged prior to completing twelve (12) consecutive pay periods at Avenal, Ironwood, Calipatria, or Chuckawalla State Prisons, there will be no pro rata payment for those months at either facility. C. If an employee is mandatorily transferred by the department, he/she shall be eligible for a pro rata share for those months served. D. If an employee promotes to a different facility or department other than Avenal, Ironwood, Calipatria or Chuckawalla Valley State Prisons prior to completion of twelve (12) consecutive qualifying pay periods, there shall be no pro rata of this recruitment and retention bonus. After completing the twelve (12) consecutive qualifying pay periods, an employee who promotes within the Department will be entitled to a pro rata share of the existing retention bonus. E. Part-time and intermittent employees shall receive a pro rata share of the annual recruitment and retention differential based on the total number of hours worked excluding overtime during the twelve (12) consecutive qualifying pay periods. F. Annual recruitment and retention payments shall not be considered as compensation for purposes of retirement contributions. G. Employees on IDL shall continue to receive this stipend. H. If an employee is granted a leave of absence, the employee will not accrue time towards the twelve (12) qualifying pay periods, but the employee shall not be required to start the calculation of the twelve (12) qualifying pay periods all over. For example, if an employee has worked four (4) months at a qualifying institution, and then takes six (6) months’ maternity leave, the employee will have only eight (8) additional qualifying pay periods before receiving the initial payment of 2,400.

  • Record and File Retention Grantee must maintain these files for five years after the end of the applicable fiscal year, except that, if any litigation, claim or audit is commenced with respect to the transactions documented by such files before the end of the aforementioned five-year period and extends beyond the expiration of the five-year period, these files must be retained until all litigation, claims, or audit findings involving the files have been resolved.

  • Final Retention Subject to the terms hereof, Landlord shall deliver to Tenant a check for the Final Retention, together with any other undisbursed portion of the Allowance required to pay for the Allowance Items, within 30 days after the latest of (a) the completion of the Tenant Improvement Work in accordance with the approved plans and specifications; (b) Landlord’s receipt of (i) copies of all Tenant Improvement Contracts; (ii) copies of invoices for all labor and materials provided to the Premises; (iii) executed unconditional mechanic’s lien releases satisfying California Civil Code § 8134 for all prior payments made pursuant to Section 1.2.2.1 above (to the extent not previously provided to Landlord), together with executed unconditional final mechanic’s lien releases satisfying California Civil Code § 8138 for all labor and materials provided to the Premises subject to the Final Retention; (iv) a certificate from Tenant’s architect, in a form reasonably acceptable to Landlord, certifying that the Tenant Improvement Work has been substantially completed; (v) evidence that all governmental approvals required for Tenant to legally occupy the Premises have been obtained; and (vi) any other information reasonably requested by Landlord; (c) Tenant’s delivery to Landlord of “as built” drawings (in CAD format, it’ requested by Landlord); or (d) Tenant’s compliance with Landlord’s standard “close-out” requirements regarding city approvals, closeout tasks, Tenant’s contractor, financial close-out matters, and Tenant’s vendors. Landlord’s payment of the Final Retention shall not be deemed Landlord’s approval or acceptance of the Tenant Improvement Work.

  • Records Retention Contractor shall maintain books, records, documents, and other evidence pertaining to this Contract and orders placed by Purchasers under it to the extent and in such detail as shall adequately reflect contract performance and administration of purchases, payments, taxes, and fees. Contractor shall retain such records for a period of six (6) years following expiration or termination of this Contract or final payment for any order placed by a Purchaser against this Contract, whichever is later; Provided, however, that if any litigation, claim, or audit is commenced prior to the expiration of this period, such period shall extend until all such litigation, claims, or audits have been resolved.

  • Contractor Certification for Contractor Employees Introduction Texas Education Code Chapter 22 requires entities that contract with school districts to provide services to obtain criminal history record information regarding covered employees. Contractors must certify to the district that they have complied. Covered employees with disqualifying criminal histories are prohibited from serving at a school district. Definitions: Covered employees: Employees of a contractor or subcontractor who have or will have continuing duties related to the service to be performed at the District and have or will have direct contact with students. The District will be the final arbiter of what constitutes direct contact with students. Disqualifying criminal history: Any conviction or other criminal history information designated by the District, or one of the following offenses, if at the time of the offense, the victim was under 18 or enrolled in a public school: (a) a felony offense under Title 5, Texas Penal Code; (b) an offense for which a defendant is required to register as a sex offender under Chapter 62, Texas Code of Criminal Procedure; or (c) an equivalent offense under federal law or the laws of another state. I certify that: NONE (Section A) of the employees of Contractor and any subcontractors are covered employees, as defined above. If this box is checked, I further certify that Contractor has taken precautions or imposed conditions to ensure that the employees of Contractor and any subcontractor will not become covered employees. Contractor will maintain these precautions or conditions throughout the time the contracted services are provided. OR SOME (Section B) or all of the employees of Contractor and any subcontractor are covered employees. If this box is checked, I further certify that: (1) Contractor has obtained all required criminal history record information regarding its covered employees. None of the covered employees has a disqualifying criminal history.

  • Record Maintenance and Retention A. Grantee shall keep and maintain under GAAP or GASB, as applicable, full, true, and complete records necessary to fully disclose to the System Agency, the Texas State Auditor’s Office, the United States Government, and their authorized representatives sufficient information to determine compliance with the terms and conditions of this Grant Agreement and all state and federal rules, regulations, and statutes. B. Grantee shall maintain and retain legible copies of this Grant Agreement and all records relating to the performance of the Grant Agreement, including supporting fiscal documents adequate to ensure that claims for grant funds are in accordance with applicable State of Texas requirements. These records shall be maintained and retained by the Grantee for a minimum of seven (7) years after the Grant Agreement expiration date or seven (7) years after all audits, claims, litigation or disputes involving the Grant Agreement are resolved, whichever is later.
