Claims Services definition
Claims Services means the services that collectively provide:
Claims Services means conducting a PPI Check(s) to ascertain if You may have/had PPI with the Company and, in the event that PPI may be located, investigating, preparing, submitting and handling Your Claim(s) to/with the Company. Where appropriate, this may include submitting a referral to the Financial Ombudsman Service and/or the Financial Services Compensation Scheme and/or commencing legal proceedings on Your behalf.
Claims Services means investigating Your Claim(s) by making a Subject Access Request (SAR) on Your behalf to the Loan / Credit Card / Catalogue Provider(s) and/or Your Bank and in the event a Loan(s) / Credit Card(s) / Catalogue(s) is located, investigating, preparing, submitting and handling Your Claim(s) to/with the Loan / Credit Card / Catalogue Provider(s). Where appropriate, this may include submitting a referral to the Financial Ombudsman Service.

TCG or the Company may require further authority, information or documents from You to facilitate the provision of the Claims Services.

More Definitions of Claims Services
Claims Services means:-
i) Conducting a Plevin Check(s) to obtain information about any PPI policy(ies) You held with the Company and identifying any potential Claim(s) for undisclosed commission (Plevin); and
ii) Referring Your Claim(s) to the Legal Partner, with Your Instruction.
Claims Services means the work We undertake to prepare, submit and negotiate the Claim(s) to/with the Lender, as broadly outlined in Clause 2 of these Terms of Engagement.

Upon receipt of the DSAR, TCG will review all information provided and if there are merits to proceed, TCG will prepare, submit and negotiate Your Claim(s) to/with the Loan Provider. Where appropriate, this may include submitting a referral to the Financial Ombudsman Service and/or commencing legal proceedings on Your behalf. If TCG does not identify any grounds of mis-selling following receipt of a DSAR(s), this Agreement will come to an end.

Claims Services means the services that collectively provide: Applicants with a Claims Notice, and Trademark Holders, with a corresponding Trademark Record, with notice that a Label that is a Trademark Match to the Trademark Record is Allocated.
